certainty may evade us..
how did I miss it..
The empty smile
Total denial
slipping - we lost our footing
the ground shook beneath us
the world caved in
eclipsing our sun..
tears may fall with the slipping
Bones may be weary
but my heart remains full..
it trembles with the unsteadiness
as it roars with the love of you
all we need is the beating of our hearts to restart..
no more tears, no more fears..
